Director of Marketing & New Business Development
Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the annual Marketing Plan
  • Be accountable for meeting the marketing and sales objectives in the Marketing Plan
  • Focus, prioritize, and execute on the Marketing Plan through leveraging client/partner relationships and effectively orchestrating the efforts of internal teams
  • Coordinate and lead major new business presentations and provide senior-level presence to clients
  • Help Develop and oversee maintenance of sales materials such as the Web site, DVDs, brochures and presentation templates
  • Plan and organize to target and prospect opportunities
  • Identify and help grow strategic business partnerships
  • Help define product strategy and positioning
  • Pursue, develop, propose, negotiate and close opportunities focused on servicing Corporate Marketing Communications, Commercial TV, Feature Film Visual Effects, K-12 education, CBT/Distance Learning and Animation related to Litigation Support Services

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have current client relationships with active accounts
  • A successful track record of new business development with major accounts and agencies
  • A thorough understanding of traditional and Internet/new media advertising and marketing concepts
  • Excellent writing, communication and public speaking skills
  • 5 plus years of work experience
  • Worked under client and influential deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Written and developed press materials
  • A Passion for technology
  • Proficiency using computer and general business applications

Sales/Executive Assistant
We are currently interviewing candidates with sales, administrative assistance and cold-calling. Duties include lead generation and follow-up; preparing mailings; compiling sales kits and product information kits, working closely with executives and sales personnel. Basic Mac or PC computer skills required.

Internships
We are looking for bright and motivated students who are eager to assist our award-winning team of designers and production personnels. Internships generally require a semester commitment with a minimum of 20 hours a week. General office assistance (filing, typing, data entry, phone calls, errands, etc.) is expected.

Graphics Production
Requirements for consideration include knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, as well as an outstanding demo reel/portfolio demonstrating your understanding and abilities. Drawing skills helpful.
